Ensure you research your organisations operations and service approach, your report must be professional in tone, well presented and written for an executive team for your organisation. Use visuals within the text, referenced and with a figure number and title. Marks will be awarded for linking theory to practice, and practice to theory.

I am attaching week 1-7 PowerPoints to help you with the relevant theories, concepts and frameworks that you should be using (It is very important they are relevant to what we are learning in class). I don’t have the PowerPoints for 3 of the topics high performing teams and operations, measuring and driving success technology as an enabler in operations management as we aren’t up to those weeks yet so you will have to manage those yourself but the topics should give you an idea the type of things those weeks would cover.
