   Part 1: Contract Plan
   Complete the Contract Plan Template to use a third party for the new website.

   Customize the template to fit the needs of HWE Accessories. Include the following:

   • Evaluation and selection process
   • Contract management
   • Vendor risk and relationship management

     Review your project plan from Wk 2.

Wk 4 – Project Controls and Testing

1. For this assignment, you will continue working as IT manager on the business plan for the new HWE Accessories website.

   Identify the control objectives and techniques that will ensure the completeness, accuracy, validity, and authorization of transactions and data for the new HWE Accessories website.

   Justify your decisions in a 1- to 2-page summary.

   Create a system testing document for the system, which should explain how the system will be tested. Include the following:

   • Change over approach – how you plan to complete the project and fully transition
   • Data insertion and migration – how to migrate data to the new system and maintain data integrity, including related processes and tools
   • Configuration management – how to verify, maintain, and document the functional and physical characteristics of the project’s deliverables, including tools you recommend
   • Release process for updating the system – your plan for how system updates will be rolled out to users
   • Format any citations according to APA guidelines.
