The preferred way to do this is to give detailed statistics for a specific community of people or to give ethnographic descriptions of how people’s lives have been affected. v) a focus on solutions rather than simply describing a list of problems. These solutions should be provided by actual people and organizations working on the ground. You should try to identify organizations that are based in the specific country you are discussing rather than international NGOs. INGOs can be discussed WHEN they work closely with local partner organizations that actually have a say in how and where resources are committed. Your discussion of solutions should NOT be your own opinions. The paper must contain some sort of referencing system, or the writer must be able to formally present his or her source material in a way that discusses the nature of the source material and the writer’s own assessment of the validiagnty or otherwise of the source.
